What We Collect

When you join our waitlist, we collect:

• Your email address
• Which product you're interested in (SchwabBot or our personal finance app)
• Your pricing tier preference
• Optional survey responses about your use case
• Basic analytics: page views, scroll depth, and clicks (no personally identifiable browsing data)
• Referral information (if you were referred by another user)

We also collect:

• Your approximate country (from your IP address — we do not store your IP address)
• UTM parameters from the URL you arrived from (to understand which channels work)

How We Use It

• To manage the waitlist and send you an invitation when we launch
• To send you a confirmation email after signup
• To understand which features matter most to our users
• To measure the effectiveness of our marketing

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not share your email with advertisers
• We do not use your data for AI model training
• We do not store your IP address

Data Storage

Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest. All data transmission uses TLS encryption.

Your Rights

• You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@schwabbot.com
• You can unsubscribe from emails via the link in any email we send
• We will delete your data if you request it — no 90-day retention period
